# Privacy Policy — Flow Connect: Pipe Puzzle
**Effective date:** [DATE, e.g. September 26, 2026]
This Privacy Policy explains how Flow Connect: Pipe Puzzle ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Game on iPhone and iPad. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
### 1. Summary
- We do **not** require an account, login, or sign-up.
- We do **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- Your game progress is saved **only on your device**.
- The Game shows ads through **Google AdMob**, which may collect certain device data as described below.
- In-app purchases are processed entirely by **Apple**. We never see your payment details.
### 2. Information Stored on Your Device
To make the Game work, the following data is saved locally on your device (using Apple's standard on-device storage). This data is **not sent to us** or to any server we operate.
#### 2.1 Completed Levels and Star Ratings
Used to save your progress.
#### 2.2 Coin Balance
Used to keep track of in-game currency.
#### 2.3 Daily Ad Rewards Claimed
Used to enforce the daily reward limit.
#### 2.4 Level-Clear Counter
Used to decide when to show an ad between levels.
#### 2.5 "No Ads" Purchase Status
Used to remove ads after purchase.
#### 2.6 Delivered Purchase Transaction IDs
Used to prevent coins from being delivered twice.
If you delete the Game, this data is deleted with it.
### 3. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as "No Ads" and coin packs). All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store under [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed (product ID and transaction ID) so we can deliver the item. We do not receive your name, Apple Account, or payment information.
### 4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect information such as:
- Device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) **only if you allow tracking**
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it
- Device model, operating system version, language, and app version
- Ad interactions (e.g. ads viewed or tapped)
- Diagnostic and performance data (e.g. crashes related to ads)
**Tracking permission:** On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game will ask for your permission before your IDFA can be used for tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads will still appear but will be less personalized. You can change this anytime in **Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking**.
**Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where required):** Where required by law, the Game shows a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads.
**Removing ads:** Purchasing "No Ads" stops banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional and are only shown when you choose to watch one.

### 5. How We Use Information
The information described above is used only to:
- Run the Game and save your progress
- Deliver items you purchase
- Show ads and give rewards for watching them
- Keep the Game stable and working correctly
We do **not** sell your personal information.
### 6. Children's Privacy
The Game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
### 7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local game data stays on your device until you delete the Game.
- Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies. You can reset your Advertising Identifier or limit tracking in your device settings.
### 8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not store personal data on our own servers, most requests are best handled through your device settings or directly with Google. You may still contact us at the email below for help.
### 9. Security
Game data is stored using Apple's standard on-device storage and protected by your device's security features. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
### 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
