Welcome to **Relax Coloring Book for Adults** ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

The App does **not** collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

- Microphone or camera data
- Health or fitness data

The App works **fully offline** — core coloring features require no internet connection.
### 2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All data created by using the App is stored **only on your device** and never transmitted to us:
**Coloring History (PNG images)**
Stored on device local storage. Used to resume in-progress artwork.
**Saved Snapshots (PNG images)**
Stored on device local storage. Used to save multiple versions of artwork.
**Tool Preferences (brush size, type)**
Stored on device local storage (JSON). Used to restore your last tool settings.
**Ad Interaction Counter**
Stored on device local storage (PlayerPrefs). Used to control ad frequency.
**"Remove Ads" Purchase Status**
Stored on device local storage (PlayerPrefs). Used to remember your purchase.
You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
### 2.3 Photo Library Access
When you tap **Save to Photos** or **Share**, the App requests permission to save a PNG image to your device's Photo Library. This access is used **only** to save the image you explicitly request to export. We do not read from, scan, or access any existing photos in your library.
## 3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services that may collect data independently:
### 3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays advertisements provided by **Google AdMob**. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- General location data (country/region level, derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is used to serve relevant advertisements. If you purchase the **Remove Ads** in-app purchase, no advertisements will be shown and AdMob will not be active.

### 3.2 Apple App Store / Google Play (In-App Purchases)
The **Remove Ads** one-time purchase is processed entirely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase data is subject to:

## 4. Children's Privacy
This App is designed **for adults**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). Since the App collects no personal information itself, this is handled by our no-data-collection approach. For the Google AdMob portion, we have configured ad requests in accordance with applicable children's privacy regulations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address the situation.
## 5. Data Sharing
We do **not** sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only data that may leave your device is what third-party SDKs (AdMob, App Store/Play Store) collect under their own policies, as described in Section 3.
## 6. Data Retention and Deletion
- **App data** (coloring history, saves, settings) remains on your device until you delete it manually or uninstall the App.
- **AdMob data** is retained according to Google's own retention policies.
- **Purchase records** are maintained by Apple or Google according to their policies.
To delete all App data, simply uninstall the App from your device.
## 7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information within the App. All data is stored locally on your device and is subject to your device's own security (passcode, biometric lock, etc.). Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there is no server-side risk of a data breach from our side.
## 8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data. Since the App does not collect personal data directly, most of these rights apply to the third-party services listed in Section 3. You may:
- **Opt out of personalized ads** via your device's privacy settings
- **Request data deletion** from Google or Apple through their respective privacy portals
- **Withdraw Photo Library permission** in your device's Settings at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
