This Privacy Policy explains what information Mahjong Jade: Tile Matching ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.


### 1. Summary


- The App does **not** require an account, and we do **not** ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.

- Your game progress is stored **only on your device**. We do not run our own servers and do not receive your game data.

- The App shows ads provided by **Google AdMob**, which may collect device information to deliver and measure ads.

- Purchases are processed by **Apple**. We never see your payment details.


### 2. Information Stored on Your Device


To save your game, the App stores the following data locally on your device:


- Cleared levels, best times, and stars earned

- Coin balance and power-up usage

- Daily reward claim date and login streak

- Number of rewarded ads watched today (to apply the daily limit)

- Whether you have finished the tutorial

- Whether you have purchased "No Ads"


This data never leaves your device through the App and is not shared with us or anyone else. It is deleted when you delete the App.


### 3. Advertising (Google AdMob)


The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google may automatically collect and process information such as:


- Device identifiers, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) **only if you allow tracking**, and the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV)

- IP address and approximate location derived from it

- Device type, operating system version, language, and app version

- Ad interactions (for example, ads viewed or tapped)

- Crash and performance data related to ads


Google uses this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, show personalized ads.


- **App Tracking Transparency:** On iOS, the IDFA is only available if you allow tracking when asked. You can change this anytime in **Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking**. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.

- **Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland):** Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later.

- **Remove interstitial ads:** You can buy "No Ads" to turn off interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional and are only shown when you choose to watch them.

### 4. In-App Purchases


The App offers optional in-app purchases (No Ads and coin packs). All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was made so the item can be delivered. ### 5. Children's Privacy


The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help address it.

- Game data stored on your device is kept until you delete the App.

- Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's policies. You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off tracking in your device settings.


### 7. Your Rights


Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe, the CCPA in California, or the PDPA in Thailand), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, most requests are best handled through your device settings or directly with Google. ### 8. Security


Game data is stored using the standard storage provided by iOS. Purchase information is verified using Apple's StoreKit. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
